Since 2003 we have been based in Cape Town.
I have been working in a studio in the Old Castle Breweries Building,
Woodstock.
Current work uses found objects, tidal
detritus, pavement offerings and an amalgamation of the African
venacular: beads, wire tin and wood.
Although I still use paint, most of the
current work is sculptural assemblage.
Some of the work is functional, (cabinets) and combines a variety
of materials.
I have worked with images of the mountains, the iconic Table
Mountain and lately the Olifantsberg near Worcester.
